The Dark Moon has been broken, leading the friendly ghosts in the area to go crazy. Professor E. Gadd has once again drafted Luigi to head into the haunted mansions, suck up ghosts and recover the Dark Moon pieces.
There are five mansions divided up into chapters. Each chapter requires you to solve a puzzle, find an item or catch a particular kind of ghost or boss. In every chapter there is an invisible Boo hidden somewhere in the level.
You can also join forces with up to three other Luigis through the Nintendo Network and take on the towering ScareScraper.
