Robots have become trapped in the cores of spheres covered in blocks. Clear the blocks to free the robot trapped inside.
As blocks appear, you receive a time limit that decreases as you decide where to place it. Drop a block directly on top of another of the same shape to make it vanish, or next to a block of the same shape to cause all similar blocks touching it to disappear as well. If you drop the block anywhere else, or the timer runs out, you lose one of your three lives. Lose all three and the game ends.
