Using a time machine invented by E. Gadd, Peach returns to the past as an ambassador. When her craft returns, it's battered and contains a monstrous alien called a Shroob.

Mario and Luigi return to the past where they meet Baby Mario and Baby Luigi. They all team up to save Peach from the Shroob invasion that will destroy both the past and future.

When exploring the world you can separate the adults and babies to explore on both screens. During battles you have to hit the four buttons to avoid or deflect attacks using each of the character's skills. As you progress you will learn new moves that give you access to new areas of the world.

Not in Another Castle

Screenshot Required

At one point in the past, Baby Peach gets lost in the Mushroom Castle, and a young Toadsworth says:

"You will save her, won't you? I assure you, she's NOT in another castle or anything."
