Nintendo Switch 2
The Nintendo Switch 2 launches in June 2025. It continues the hybrid console/handheld family started by the Nintendo Switch. Thanks to the similarity, the Nintendo Switch 2 is backwards compatible with most Nintendo Switch games.
The system features a larger screen with bigger Joy-Con that attach magnetically. The Joy-Con can also be detached and used like a computer mouse on their side. The unit includes a microphone and games can be enhanced for online multiplayer using a camera.
