On the Little States stage, George Washington's face on Mount Rushmore has been replaced by Mario.

If you hit Mario's nose with a Gyrocopter missile or Human Cannonball, then his face transforms into Wario.

The playable character Robin is named after Nintendo Gameplay Counselor Robin Krause. This replaces the characters Japanese name, "Hooter", which was deemed inappropriate.
