Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!
NES Game Guide

You are Little Mac, a lightweight boxer from the Bronx who is working his way through the WVBA boxing tournament to become the champion. With your trainer Doc Louis by your side, take out your opponents by discovering their weaknesses and taking advantage of them.

Each boxer uses a different strategy, and it's up to you to figure out their moves and how to avoid them. You can also power up Star Punches that deal more damage and can be used to win games quickly.

The final champion of the WVBA is real-life boxer Mike Tyson. However, he only appears in the original NES release. Later versions replaced him with the fictional Mr. Dream.
