Nintendo Cameo Database

The following is a TXT document I wrote in 2000, outlining known cameos in Nintendo games. It is the direct precursor to what Nintendo Database became known for: its extensive cameo collection.

Welcome to my guide to what references to games you can find inside
Nintendo's games themselves. There are many references throughout the
many years, and I've decided to compile them. Enjoy.

If you can help me find all the competitors on Mario Golf's scoreboard
on both the N64 and Game Boy then you will have helped a hell of a lot.

Keep 'em coming ^_^

DIDDY KONG RACING

  DKR.

Conker reference:
+ Again, before any Conker games were released (but after they had been
shown to the world) - Conker made an appearance in this game as a

official Rare site, the mascot of the survey page is one badly drawn
Mr.Pants, an Englishman with a bowler hat and a pair of bright red
underpants - and not much else. By activating this cheat, ALL of the
standard-sized ant enemies turn into 3D renders of Mr.Pants - yay!

This can also be seen in the official artwork.

This time they are Gorman (Luigi) and unnamed (Mario).
+ Romani and Creamia - the Malon lookalikes - are still wearing Bowser
pendants like in Ocarina of Time.

+ The credits music apparently has hints of Super Mario World's credits
tune to it - but this may be false.
