Set out on a Pokémon adventure across the beautiful Sinnoh region. Choose a male or female Pokémon Trainer, catch and train over 100 new Pokémon, and battle them to win Gym badges and take on the Elite Four.
The gender of your Pokémon now plays a bigger role than just breeding, changing the appearance of the Pokémon you meet and even affecting evolution in some cases.
This is also the first Wi-Fi enabled Pokémon game, allowing you to trade and battle with anyone in the world using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. When certain conditions have been met, you can also transfer Pokémon from your Game Boy Advance titles.
