Jam With The Band started life as a Game Boy Color rhythm-action title known as Pocket Music, but it was never released over concerns it wouldn't reach its full potential.
With the arrival of the unique controls of the Nintendo DS, including a built-in microphone and wireless multiplayer, the ability to create a virtual music band finally became a reality.
