You receive the Diary of Faces in an unmarked package. Viewing the pages through the Camera Obscura, you are transported to an old house.
A girl named Maya stops you from entering a door, as beyond it is the Woman in Black, who steals the faces of people trapped by the diary. You and Maya explore the house to solve its mysteries and recover Maya's lost memories. As you explore, you will have to battle ghosts that appear in the real world around you.
There are also several camera challenges and minigames to play using the Diary of Faces.
