An exercise game for the Wii that comes with the Wii Balance Board. The game has over 40 activities to take part in, grouped into four general categories of Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics and Balance Games. The Balance Board is used to detect shifts in movement and replicate those actions on screen.
New activities and difficulty levels are unlocked with Fit Credits, earned for minutes of activity, or by reaching certain achievements in an activity, such as beating it with the highest possible score.
Wii Fit can also be used to keep track of activities outside of the game, divided into light, medium and heavy, and included on the user's activity log.
